How Do I Cancel My Gumloop Subscription?

Last updated: April 27, 2026

To cancel your Gumloop subscription, go to Settings → Organization → Subscription, click Manage Subscription, and then cancel in the Stripe billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period — you won't lose access immediately, and your agents, workflows, and data are not deleted.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings → Organization → Subscription.

  2. Click Manage Subscription. This opens the Stripe billing portal in a new tab.

  3. In the Stripe portal, click Cancel plan.

  4. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

You can also reach the Stripe billing portal directly from any Gumloop receipt email — look for the Manage your subscription link at the bottom.

What Happens After I Cancel?

  • You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date — not immediately. Your subscription page will show the date it expires (e.g., "Cancels May 16, 2026").

  • Your account is downgraded to the Free plan. Once the billing period ends, your plan automatically switches to Free. You'll receive 5,000 credits per month on the Free plan.

  • Your agents, workflows, skills, and data are not deleted. Everything stays in your account. You can still access and run them within Free plan limits.

  • Some limits change. The Free plan allows up to 2 concurrent runs (compared to 4 on Starter or 15 on Pro). Certain features restricted to paid plans will no longer be available.

Can I Re-Subscribe Later?

Yes. You can upgrade back to a paid plan at any time from Settings → Organization → Subscription or from the Pricing page. Your agents and data will still be there.
